Keith has long been a victims' advocate and is highly regarded for his experience in aviation law and other wrongful death claims. He has provided substantial pro bono assistance to Mother's Against Drunk Driving (MADD) over the past 15 years and serves as MADD's representative on the Governor's Task Force for Crime Victims' Rights. Keith is also an advocate for Trial Lawyers Care, Inc., and is currently representing several families touched by the horrors of the September 11th terrorist attacks.
Keith is one of the founders of the Maryland DWI Law Institute. During his tenure, he edited the Maryland DWI Victims' Assistance Manual, which is regarded by local MADD chapters across the country as a model for their victims' programs.
He has represented victims in many celebrated civil cases in Maryland and other states, including multi-district complex litigation arising from aviation disasters. His work has helped expand Maryland's Wrongful Death Statute. Keith is regarded as a leading legal authority on victims' rights in Maryland and lectures frequently on the subject throughout the region.

Jud manages AGF's Complex Injury/Wrongful Death practice area that includes cases related to insurance law and serious automobile accidents and airplane crashes, as well as products liability and medical malpractice related injuries. Jud took a lead role in multi-district litigation related to the crash of Atlantic Southeast Airlines Flight 7529, and his efforts were instrumental in achieving favorable settlements for AGF's clients.
Jud also represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions. In particular, Jud has successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions for many health care professionals and other businesses on the local and national level.
Jud is a former President of the Northern Maryland Chapter of MADD and has lectured and appeared on radio shows regarding the dangers of drinking and driving. In connection with AGF's continuing commitment to injury victims, AGF will not represent drunk drivers.
