AGF attorneys represented two Maryland residents who were killed, and a third who was seriously injured, when Atlantic Southeast Airlines Flight 7529, part of the Delta Connection System, crashed in Georgia on August 21, 1996. AGF's investigation determined that the crash was caused by a defective propeller on the Embraer 120 model aircraft. AGF filed suit on behalf of its clients in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against the airline and the manufacturer of the defective propeller.
